Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of CleanEdge Spring Valley Decks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

Services

CleanEdge Spring Valley Decks provides deck design, installation, repair, and related construction services to residential customers in Spring Valley, NV and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise specified.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are subject to change without notice. We require a deposit before beginning work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified in your service agreement.

Project Timeline and Changes

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, and unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to complete your project on time and will communicate any delays promptly.

Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All changes must be approved in writing by both parties.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on our installations as specified in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from our workmanship warranty.

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or natural disasters. Regular maintenance is your responsibility and is essential for warranty validity.

Liability and Insurance

CleanEdge Spring Valley Decks carries appropriate insurance coverage for our work. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden infrastructure unless you provide accurate location information.

You are responsible for ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work area during construction. We are not liable for injuries resulting from failure to maintain a safe distance from the work site.

Permits and Approvals

We will obtain necessary permits for your project when required. However, you are responsible for ensuring your project complies with any homeowners association rules or covenants. Additional approvals may be needed and could affect the project timeline.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your project before work begins with written notice. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the laws of Nevada and handled in the courts of Clark County.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
